Street Team Services

STAMP Street Team delivers messaging, handouts, or surveys to the campus or assists in tabling at information sessions in hopes to promote events happening in STAMP. STAMP units, student groups, and university departments and units alike may request Street Team services from STAMP Marketing & Communications if their event takes place in STAMP or affiliate locations such as the Memorial Chapel.

To be considered to have your event promoted by the STAMP Street Team, you must first meet the following criteria:

  • Event must be held in STAMP (or affiliate locations)
  • Request must be submitted at least two weeks before your event date

Due to a high volume of requests, STAMP Street Team delivers on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests not following our minimum requirements will not be considered.

Chalking messages around campus is the #1 requested service of STAMP Street Team, and probably the most fun part of the job. The Street Team uses water-soluble chalk on and off-campus at permitted areas.

Posters, Flyers, and Handouts

Student groups and university departments may drop off their small posters, flyers, or handouts (buttons, pens, etc.) before 5:00 PM on Mondays two weeks before your event.

Street Team may be hired to engage the campus community with a short questionnaire. Compiled data is returned to the client after two weeks upon request. A consultation is required.

University Posting Policy

STAMP Street Team follows the university's posting policy for campus. You may view the complete advertising policy can be found here.
